We can make anything into a rug! Just fill our our custom rug order form and we will reach back out with a quote!
Can I see the design and outline before it's made?
We send design previews for our tufted rug orders within one week. Please include as much information as possible in your order notes to expedite the process.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide!
How do I submit multiple photos?
Our site allows 1 attachment to be submitted per item. But you have a few options:
- Submit a collage of your favorite pictures
- Submit a zip file of your images
If you'd like to combine 2 photos into one outline (people from one, background from another, for example), just place those specific instructions in your order notes.
